Cancellation Policy: At The db Studio, we value your appointments and understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all guests, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. In the event of a "no show," where no cancellation notice is provided, a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee will be applied to the card on file. This policy allows us to inform standby guests of any available slots, ensuring efficient service for everyone. To assist you in keeping track of your appointments, we provide courtesy reminders via text and email. However, please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments. In exceptional cases where cancellations are beyond your control, such as power outages, extreme weather, or unfortunate incidents, we understand. In such instances, we will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment without any no-show fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
